Concierge support sits alongside home watch and ongoing property management for homes, estates and farm properties. We coordinate cleaning, pool and hot tub care, grounds maintenance, snow removal and trade visits. For estates and farms, your plan can also include agreed checks of outbuildings, access and seasonal upkeep.
Physical services, purchases and extra attendance are separately priced unless included in your agreement. Larger repairs and improvements receive their own project-oversight scope and fee.
