Scheduled visual checks of accessible interior and exterior areas for obvious concerns, with a checklist tailored to your home. Checks may include visible signs of leaks, indoor temperature, doors and windows, and agreed property-specific items. Weekly, every-two-week and monthly schedules are available. Each visit includes photos, a report and notification of concerns. Visit frequency must also suit any requirements you confirm with your home insurer.

We organize the recurring care your property needs: lawn and garden services, snow removal, cleaning and laundry arrangements, pool or hot tub servicing, irrigation, seasonal openings and closings, and routine trade visits. We can work with your existing providers or help arrange others. Your monthly management scope covers agreed planning, scheduling, communication and follow-up; the actual services are additional.

Depending on the agreed scope, we help gather quotes, arrange contractor access, coordinate schedules, attend site, track progress and provide photo updates. Contractor work and our oversight fee are separately identified. Technical assessments and regulated work are carried out by the appropriate qualified professionals.
