Home watch is priced per visit based on the property and visit schedule. Ongoing maintenance coordination is a monthly fee based on what you want us to manage. Concierge requests and projects outside your plan are quoted separately.
Third-party service charges and purchases are separate. We confirm your approval before proceeding with work outside the agreed scope.
